Components
The Clamshell SealLock™ Coupler assembly is comprised of two clamshell halves with sealing gaskets and two locking side bars.

Making The Repair



Step 1: Place Clamshell Halves around the section of pipe.


Step 2: Slide the side bars onto both sides of Clamshell Halves.



Step 3: Slide or hammer the side bars until the joint is closed and the installation is complete.

The ® Clamshell SealLock™ Coupler is useful in a variety of applications. The Clamshell Coupler is great for cable installation and is frequently used in confined spaces, hand holes and man holes, or as a traditional coupler. The Clamshell Coupler is an excellent solution for duct repair when fiber or power cable is in the duct.

The Clamshell SealLock™ coupler is assembled without any special tools and provides an air and water tight seal.

Three simple steps allow installation to be made in seconds, both underground and in supported aerial locations.

The high modulus polymer material ensure both corrosion resistance and high impact strength.
